By wise we mean deep thinking, feeling and understanding, for including all, for understanding that everything is connected, leading to processes which are more participatory, effective, creative and emotionally intelligent.

To bring about real systemic change by creating spaces for all peoples to use our imaginations, connect our experiences and issues - and rebuild trust in ourselves and each other.
To build bridges across differences, re-establish trust and create real connections between people by being deeply curious about our (conscious and unconscious) personal, social and cultural realities.
We do that through…
Developing and sharing decision making processes
Using existing and developing new processes that have or are available to a relational approach, using and sharing these with communities and other aligned organisations.
Facilitating trauma informed spaces to be safe enough for people to be in touch with their empathy and curiosity.
Making practical interventions e.g. local assemblies, international meetings, writing, videos etc.
Resourcing processes
Through providing relational facilitation support, training and educational input, to help people understand more deeply the systemic issues that affect them.
Building relationships
With those already involved in this kind of work (supporting our learning) and with those who want to be (supporting their learning).
